Balaji Temple of Chilkur is situated in Telangana. This sanctuary is otherwise called 'Visa Balaji Mandir'. This sanctuary of Lord Venkateswara is near Hyderabad. This sanctuary of Lord Balaji is alert and very old.


Sanctuary History
 This is the most established sanctuary in Telangana and was worked by Akkana and Madanna, uncle of Bhakta Ramadas.  As indicated by the custom here, a lover consistently used to visit Tirupati Balaji in the sanctuary consistently yet for one year he was unable to come because of his medical affliction.

Sanctuary Architecture 
Taking a gander at the style and design of this sanctuary, it is realized that this sanctuary was constructed 1,000 years prior. 
To make this sanctuary more fabulous and to build its significance, the icon of Ammavaru was introduced in this sanctuary in 1963 in light of the fact that a year prior to that India was attacked by China however there was no compelling reason to set up this symbol. Afterward, this emergency which went ahead India was additionally turned away and that is the reason the icon of Ammavaru was likewise given the name Rajya Lakshmi.
